User Eligibility
 

There are no age restrictions or country of residency requirements for using the Platform.

Account Creation and Maintenance
 

To use the Platform, you must create an account by registering the legal entity and providing your name as the legal representative and a verified business email. Only the company’s legal representative can register the company on the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account and company information.

User Conduct
 

You are solely responsible for the data you input into the system and the reports generated from it. You agree to use the Platform by all applicable laws and regulations.
You are prohibited to input data with criminal content.

Data Protection
 

We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. We use encrypted private data in the registration process and require that you register your legal entity and provide a business email.
We do not have access to data you had input into the system unless you give us access.

Intellectual Property
 

All content on the Platform is owned by Mitigate and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from using the Platform or its content without our permission. You are prohibited to copy, to adjust etc. the content and solutions used in our Platform.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability for damages arising from the use of our services is limited. The accuracy of the data you input into the system is your responsibility.

You are responsible for keeping safe your authentication data. All access to our Platform with your authentication data is considered, done by you.

Termination
 

Mitigate may terminate your account anytime and for any reason, including if you violate these TOS. If your account is terminated, all data stored in your account will be deleted and cannot be regained.
Mitigate may terminate your account in case you have not used (logged in) it for 15 months.

Governing Law
 

Any dispute, discord, or claim arising from this contract, which affects the infringement, termination, or invalidity thereof, will be settled in Latvian Arbitration Court (Reg. No. 40003754139), in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Court, with a single arbitrator sitting alone in a written proceeding.

Payments
 

At the moment using the Platform is free of charge. We may, via prior announcement, to declare the payments for our services. We will inform you about the payment procedure. In case you do not agree with our payment policy, you will have 60 business days time to terminate our collaboration and delete your account.

Amendments and Information
 

We may update these TOS from time to time. We will notify you through the Platform if we make any material changes. You are responsible for learning our notifications. All notifications are considered to be received in the next business day. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new TOS.
