BEAT IT is a two-month mentoring program for young women, during which participants aged 16 to 21 gain knowledge, practical experience and confidence in themselves and their future dreams.

Throughout the program, webinars, in-person events and weekly discussions with mentors take place, gradually assisting participants in achieving their goals.

Mitigate is a socially responsible enterprise and engages in various projects, including supporting SOS Children’s Villages.

​

The Latvian SOS Children’s Village association is a charity organisation that creates and supports SOS families for children who are left without parental care. It also assists families in crisis situations.

The pilot season of the Mitigate Academy has been conducted, during which 15 participants were given the opportunity to learn the basics of Ruby on Rails free of charge for two weeks under the guidance of experienced mentors.
