Dear Mitigate ESG Platform users,

We are excited to share the latest updates and enhancements to the Mitigate ESG platform! Our continuous development aims to make your reporting experience even more efficient and user-friendly.

Please take a look at the news below, categorized into three sections:

New features

Task module Vol2

The Task Module has been fully refactored and is now available as Task Module Vol 2. This section is a reliable new tool for tracking real-time progress across all active standards, including ESRS and VSME.

The Task Module now supports filtering tasks by status or assignee, and these filters apply to both Disclosure Requirements (DRs) and Data Points (DPs).

In the new Task Section, users can view not only standard DRs and DPs but also custom DRs and DPs, making the section highly relevant and up-to-date.

Users can easily see the current assignee, task status, progress, and due date.

Furthermore, users can assign or reassign tasks, update the task state, and set the correct due date directly within the module.

The Task Module is accessible to all users, regardless of assigned role.

Assignee Notification Feature

To improve workflow efficiency, an automatic notification email is now sent to the responsible user whenever the assignee is changed for a DR or DP (either in the Task Section or the Report Section).

Materiality Matrix Enhancements

In the Double Materiality Assessment section (Foundations → Materiality → Config), a new dropdown “Material Matrix Topic Detail Level” allows users to choose between displaying Sub-topics or Sub-topics and sub-subtopics.

The visual representation of sub-sub-topics within the Matrix has been improved, making it easier to distinguish between different hierarchical levels.

Other improvements

We’ve also rolled out several other improvements to enhance your experience:

  • Improved the IROs layout to ensure all information (Own Assessment, Stakeholder Assessment, and Description) is fully visible and responsive.
  • Added Bulk Selection Options to the IROs Edit View for efficient assignment across the Value Chain.
  • Improved the performance and reliability of the general ESG Assistant chat and enhanced the AI Checker’s ability to process and analyze large Disclosure Requirements (DRs).
  • Modified permissions to grant admins the ability to delete all comments.
  • Added a website field in Company Settings.
  • Updated the ESG Platform Home Page.
  • Enabled the functionality to add zero value (0) to Risk and Opportunity Assessments.
  • Implemented a fix to ensure Data Point Titles are correctly localized in surveys.
  • Improved the rendering of numbered list items (especially those starting with a year) and improved the presentation of list items using bold formatting.

Due Diligence solution into the ESG platform

We are currently working on integrating our Due Diligence solution into the ESG platform to ensure a fully seamless, end-to-end analysis and reporting experience in one place. Due Diligence is our premium product and is currently offered as a standalone tool. If you would like to learn more about it, please feel free to reach out!
