We are excited to share the latest updates and enhancements to the Mitigate ESG platform! Our continuous development aims to make your reporting experience even more efficient and user-friendly.

New features

Manual Data Consolidation Trigger

We have transitioned from automatic background consolidation to a manual trigger within the data entry interface. This change provides full transparency and flexibility in group reporting, allowing you to review and adjust consolidated numeric data points in real-time before finalizing your group-level report.

Survey Management

File Attachments & Finalization To streamline evidence collection and audit readiness, we now support file attachments directly within Custom and Value Chain survey responses. Once data collection is finished, users can utilize the new “Complete Survey” status. This formally closes the survey and finalizes the data, ensuring long-term integrity by preventing any accidental changes after submission.

Optimized Navigation for Materiality We have refined the user interface to make the Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) process more intuitive:

  • The “Survey” tab within the Materiality module is now filtered to show Stakeholder Assessments only, allowing you to focus strictly on materiality scoring.
  • While the Materiality tab is now more focused, all other survey types remain easily accessible in the dedicated Data → Surveys section, where you can manage your full list of active and completed surveys.

Other improvements

We’ve also rolled out several other improvements to enhance your experience:

  • VSME B3 Total energy consumption (MWh) total values now round to two decimal places.
  • VSME B9 Work-related accident rate unit changed from Percentage (%) to a Number.
  • VSME C6 Added “Accident Prevention” policy coverage data point.
  • Updated Data Cloning logic to prevent duplicate Cover Pages.
  • Custom page cards now match the Report order.
  • Aligned material subtopic counts between the AI Assistant and Topic sections.
  • Improved report generation logic to ensure child companies can access their reports.
  • Textual improvements to English Data Point (DP) titles.
