We are excited to share the latest updates and enhancements to the Mitigate ESG platform! Our continuous development aims to make your reporting experience even more efficient and user-friendly.

New features

Next-Generation Due Diligence

Our new Due Diligence module is now live! Built to support companies in conducting sustainability due diligence aligned with EU regulations, the module leverages integrated AI to automate data extraction. It scans your documents and website to deliver tailored insights based on your specific NACE codes.

DeepL-Powered Automated Translations

To facilitate seamless multi-language reporting, we have integrated the DeepL engine directly into the platform. This allows you to generate high-quality, automated translations for your disclosures and reports with a single click, ensuring consistency across international operations.

DMA Task Management

Take full control of your assessment process. We have introduced a dedicated section for DMA Tasks, enabling teams to track progress, assign responsibilities, and ensure every regulatory requirement is completed on schedule.

To keep your workflow seamless, the platform now sends automatic email notifications the moment a task is assigned. This ensures that team members are alerted instantly to new responsibilities, reducing delays and keeping your Double Materiality Assessment on track.

IROs filters

Managing your Impacts, Risks, and Opportunities (IROs) is now more efficient. We have introduced advanced filtering and sorting capabilities to help you navigate your data with precision.

You can now filter your IRO list by:

  • Topic: Filter by specific ESG topics.
  • Impact Type: For impacts, filter by whether they are Actual or Potential.
  • Impact Effect: For impacts, filter by whether the effect is Positive or Negative.
  • Time Frame: Focus on short, medium, or long-term IROs.
  • Value Chain Segments: Filter by Upstream, Own Operations, or Downstream activities.
  • Report Visibility: Quickly see which items are set to be displayed in your final report.
  • Performance Scores: Filter by specific scoring thresholds.

Additionally, we’ve added Sorting Functionality, allowing you to organize your IROs in ascending or descending order based on their scores. This ensures that your most significant impacts are always front and center.

New “Add Stakeholder” form

We have completely redesigned the Manual Entry Form to make adding individual stakeholders more intuitive.

While the bulk import from Excel remains a powerful option for large lists, the updated manual form is now optimized for those quick, everyday additions.

Other improvements

We’ve also rolled out several other improvements to enhance your experience:

  • Improved functionality for cloning data across reporting periods.
  • Updated the Audit module for VSME.
  • Enhanced the file upload process within the Documents section.
  • Resolved an issue where users were incorrectly redirected to the Data section from Stakeholder Surveys.
  • Updated navigation links on the ESG Platform Home Page.
  • Added the ability to leave comments at both the subtopic and sub-subtopic levels.
