Information requests

You can now create an information request for data points in the ESG report without the need to create a user in the Mitigate ESG platform.

If there are multiple data points that need to be addressed to the same colleagues, you should create a single information request survey and add the required data points to it.

Once all the required data points are added to the information request survey, go to the “Surveys” section. There, you can edit or preview the survey and add the email addresses of the colleagues to whom the information request should be sent. The platform sends the survey to an email address provided, therefore, it is not necessary to create platform users in order to receive information from colleagues.
