The Requirements Board
The ESG Reporting feature of our platform, tailored to comply with CSRD and ESRS standards, provides a practical solution for businesses to navigate the complexities of these regulations. This feature simplifies the compliance process, turning it into an opportunity for strategic insight and competitive advantage.
It all starts with the Disclosure Requirements Board:

The Board Features
Section titled “The Board Features”Pillar Sections
Section titled “Pillar Sections”The Board includes:
- All 3 pillar sections - E, S and G. Plus “General Disclosures” section.
- Each section includes all disclosure requirements from ESRS standards.

Double Materiality Assessment Switch
Section titled “Double Materiality Assessment Switch”
The switch determines if to use a conducted Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) for the disclosure requirements filtering. The disclosure requirements which are not material to the company, according to the DMA, will be disabled and you don’t have to fill those.
If the switch is switched off, all disclosure requirements will be enabled and you can choose what to fill and what to leave blank.
Assign responsible team members
Section titled “Assign responsible team members”You can assign a disclosure requirement to a team member. That way you can share tasks (disclosure requirements) among team members and accordingly filter the requirements displayed on the Board.

Add New & Tailored Disclosure Requirements
Section titled “Add New & Tailored Disclosure Requirements”In cases when ESRS doesn’t define a requirement you want to disclose, you can create your own requirements (and related data points). This way you can make the Board completely adjusted to your needs and at the same time comply with CSRD and ESRS.

Manage Disclosure Requirements
Section titled “Manage Disclosure Requirements”The main feature in the Board (of course) are the disclosure requirements. Those are the essence of the whole reporting. To start to disclose information, click on a disclosure requirement and see what information it requires to be disclosed.
